  • How pricing works: We tailor our fees and packages to the size of your organisation, the scope of work, and community expectations. We’re happy to talk through options for one‑off pieces, short projects or longer partnerships.

Our Pricing

We follow a transparent and grounded approach to our fees. Our pricing is tailored to your organisation’s size, the specific scope of the advisory work, and community expectations, ensuring that our partnership remains flexible and respectful of local contexts.

One-off pieces

Ideal for specific deliverables or cultural reviews. These are scoped as fixed-fee engagements to provide clarity and direct impact on a single focus area.

Short projects

Defined pieces of work over several weeks or months. Contracts are shaped to cover set milestones, ensuring project momentum and accountability.

Ongoing partnerships

A retainer-based model for deeper cultural advisory. These long-term contracts offer ongoing support, strategic guidance, and genuine collaboration.

Our Approach

Listen First

Before offering advice, we take the time to understand people, organisations, communities and local contexts.

Build Relationships

Strong relationships create stronger outcomes. We focus on genuine engagement, trust and long-term connections.

Walk Alongside

We don’t come in pretending to have all the answers. We work alongside organisations to build confidence, capability and sustainable change.

The Founder of Yarn & Grow

Kimberly Miners is the founder of Yarn & Grow. She brings extensive leadership experience across government, corporate and community sectors, working alongside organisations, leaders and communities across Australia to strengthen cultural safety and build stronger relationships with Aboriginal people and communities.

Over the past 15+ years, she’s held leadership roles where she’s been responsible for guiding teams, navigating complex change, and working through the real challenges organisations face when trying to do better in this space.A lot of her work has been in the middle of complexity where policy, people and practice don’t always line up. In those spaces, she’s worked closely with executives, boards and teams to help shift things from intention into practice, and from policy into something that actually makes sense on the ground.

Yarn & Grow came out of that experience.

It was created to offer support that is practical, honest and grounded in relationship. Kimberly works alongside organisations in a way that respects local knowledge, cultural protocols and community voice. It’s not about having all the answers it’s about slowing down, listening properly, and doing the work in a way that holds up in real life.
